Booked Up From The Work You Already Do
Two days in Widnes. Three months with me after. You'll walk out with your next 30+ posts planned and two of them already live.
Years in, and there are still weeks waiting for the phone to ring
Properly good. You do a proper job. The people who'd pay properly for it have never seen it.
- "I'm sat in the van at half four waiting for the phone to ring. Nine years in and I'm still doing that."
- "I know I'm the cheapest round here. I'm scared to put it up in case the phone stops altogether."
- "I can't take anyone on. What if there's nothing for him in three weeks?"
- "I put a picture up, got six likes, and that was it. What's the point?"
- "Everyone tells you to get on social media. Nobody tells you what to actually post."
Thursday you look at the diary. Next week has three days in it. The week after has one. Your stomach drops. You say nothing to anyone. Underneath it: the fear that you haven't built a business at all, just a well-paid job that stops the day you stop, and that you'll still be doing this at fifty-five with your back and your knees gone.
- "I want to be the one picking the jobs, not chasing them."
- "I want to put my prices up and not lie awake over it."
- "I want a lad with me. Two vans out instead of one."
- "I want people ringing me because they've seen my work, not because I came in cheapest."
- "I want to get home to spend more time with my family."
Oversubscribed from your own content. A diary full three weeks out. Prices you've put up twice without losing a wink of sleep. A lad with you, a second van on the road. Content going out every week, built from jobs you were doing anyway: nothing staged, nothing extra, nothing spent on ads. Customers who ring you by name. Off the tools two days a week, and heading for more. You say no to a job, and it feels brilliant.
Before you leave the room on Day One, you'll have posted two pieces of content built from your own jobs, and the blueprint for the next 30+ sat in front of you.
Not a module to watch later. Not homework. Live, that afternoon, with me stood next to you.
You don't have to talk to camera. Your hands and your work are the content, not your face.
Gets the frightening bit, being seen, over and done with on the first day.
Means that even if life gets in the way for a fortnight, something is already out there working.
The first time in nine years you've gone home with proof the thing you've been avoiding is actually doable.
By the end of the first seven days: both days done, two posts live, 30+ planned, the first week of the plan posted, and your first Friday review of two reels already back from me.
The PAID Method™
"Get paid for the work you're already doing, twice over." Once for the job. Again for the customers the job brings you.
Post: Day One
The blueprint for your next 30+ posts, built from the jobs already in your diary. Two posted before you go home.
Attract: Day Two
Turn that plan into videos that make the right people stop, watch and message you.
Influence: Three months
Hook and story coaching until you're the one people trust and mention by name, so you stop competing on price.
Dominate: The twelve months
Own your area and your trade. Booked weeks out, prices up, picking your jobs, getting off the tools.
Why listen to me
The lads who've already booked are raring to go.
I run Mobile Car Crafts. I'm in a van, on the tools, doing the work. Same as you.
"I'm going to sell to tradesmen because that's who I relate to, because I am a tradesman myself."
I built my own business on organic content, and nothing else. No ads. Not as a test, not as a tactic. That's how the whole thing was built.
"All my work has come in through organic content, which I'm known for."
I've got 250,000+ followers across social media, all of it built from filming the work.
I've done it twice. On the back of the car business I built a second one, training people in car scratch repair, smart repair and car damage repair. I don't just make the content. I teach it, and people pay me to.
I paid for a mentor myself. I've bought from the same side of the table you're sat on now.
"I learnt the full potential of having a mentor."
People already ask me how. This programme exists because the question kept coming.
"I get a lot of people asking me how to do it."
The core programme
Day One: POST. Two days in person at Widnes, day one.
You leave with the blueprint for your next 30+ posts, built from the jobs already in your diary, and two of them posted before you go home. No more "nobody tells you what to actually post." Bring footage of your own jobs on your phone. That's what we build your posts from.
Day Two: ATTRACT. Video creation training.
You turn that plan into videos that make the right people stop, watch and message you. The visual hooks and the aesthetically pleasing side I'm known for: the bit that separates your content from the usual trade posts. No talking to camera. It's your work on screen, not your face.
Three months of INFLUENCE mentoring. Wednesday wins and Friday reviews.
Wednesdays you post what came in that week. Fridays I go through two of your reels and tell you exactly what to change. Twelve weeks of that is the difference between knowing it and doing it.
Individual hook and story coaching.
Your trade, your area, your jobs. Not generic advice. This is what stops you being another lad posting photos and makes you the one people remember.
The money-back guarantee.
You cannot lose. See the guarantee below.
Three more, each answering an objection before you raise it
The AI Messaging System Guide
Enquiries come in. This is how you answer them, follow up and book the job without being glued to your phone. The thing standing between a message and money in the bank.
The AI Content Editor, Planner & Scheduler Guide
Plan it, edit it and schedule it without losing your evenings. Posting stops depending on whether you feel like it, which is exactly why it stopped working last time.
The Trade Hook Machine
My hook system, built into an AI tool you can use any time, day or night. Tell it your trade and the job you did today, and it hands you the opening shot and first line to film, the way I'd do it. Built from the hooks behind my biggest videos, not generic tips off the internet. Never stare at a blank screen again, and you keep the Machine after the three months end.
You cannot lose
"Make your money back (at least!) within 3 months, or I will personally keep working with you until you do."
In plain English: do the work and the programme pays for itself within three months. If it hasn't, I don't disappear and I don't argue. I keep mentoring you, for nothing, until it has.
You turn up to both days.
You post to the plan you build on Day One.
You send two reels a week for the Friday reviews.
Do those three things and the guarantee stands. I'm not promising a number of followers or a number of leads. Nobody can control that. I'm promising my time until the money comes back. That's a promise I can keep for every single person who does the work.

Be honest with yourself before you book
This is for you if
- You've got a trade or service business that's already trading and already making money. You need the money behind you to see the transformation.
- You do work you can see the difference on: before and after. Plasterer, landscaper, detailer, fitter, sparks, valeter, joiner. If a customer would say "look at that", it works.
- You're good at the job and nobody outside a couple of miles knows it.
- You want staff, higher prices and to get off the tools. Not just a few more likes.
- You'll film while you work. Not perform. Just point a phone at the job.
This is not for you if
- You haven't started yet, or you're not making money yet. A separate course for new start-ups is coming in 2027. This isn't it.
- You want done-for-you. Nobody can film your work except you. An agency isn't stood next to you at seven in the morning when the good bit happens.
- You want ads. This is organic. Paid ads rent you attention and stop dead the day you stop paying.
- You won't let your work be filmed at all. You don't have to talk to camera, show your face, dance or be funny. But your hands and your jobs have to be in the footage, because that footage is the content.
- You want to be an influencer. Wrong room. This is about a full diary and higher prices.
- You won't do the three things in the guarantee. Turn up, post to the plan, send two reels a week. Without those it won't work, and I'd rather you kept your money.
Why this list is firm: selling this to the wrong person is worse than not selling it at all. A beginner with no money and no jobs to film can't get the result, and would rightly be unhappy.
There are no testimonials yet. You're going to be one.
This is the first room. The lads who've already booked are raring to go. It starts on 19 and 20 November.
Here is the part worth stopping on. The proof I use to sell this at £1,990 next year is going to have your name on it. Your jobs, your numbers, your results, written up properly and used for years.
Which means I've got as much riding on it as you have.
£697 + VAT, not £1,990
The same two days are £1,990 + VAT in 2027. You are paying first room money for the version of this I will be most hands on with, because it is the one that has to work.
Your money back, or I keep going
Make your money back within three months, or I personally keep working with you until you do. Turn up, post to the plan, send two reels a week. Do those three things and it stands.
Written up by me, kept by you
Across the three months I track what you post and what it brings in, then write it up properly. You keep the write up and you can use it on your own page, because it is your result.
The deal, plainly. I build your case study. If it works, you tell people it worked. That is the only thing I am asking back, and I am only asking if it works.
No first room, no proof. That is exactly why the first room gets the lowest price I will ever charge and the most of my time.
FAQs
Questions
Do I need a following already?
No. I started with nothing and built 250,000+ followers from the work itself, with no ads. The hook and the content do the work, not the follower count. A local trade doesn't need 250,000 followers anyway. It needs the right few hundred people in a ten-mile radius to see what you can do.
What kit do I need?
Your phone. That's it. I built my following with content filmed on the job: no studio, no crew, no lighting rig. If you can film a job on your phone, you've got everything you need. Between now and 19 November, film as much of your work as you can and bring it with you. That footage is what we turn into your posts.
How much time a week will this take once I'm home?
Filming costs you no extra time, because you film while you work and bring that footage to the bootcamp. The real commitment is the weekly rhythm: posting to your plan, and sending two reels a week in for the Friday reviews. If you're at the kitchen table for hours, you're doing it wrong, and the AI Content Editor, Planner & Scheduler Guide is there to stop that happening.
Do I have to talk to camera, do trends or dance?
No. None of it. Your work is the content. Hands, tools, before and after. If you want to talk to camera later, I'll help you, but nothing in this programme needs it.
What happens when the three months of mentoring ends?
You keep the three things that do the work: your post blueprint, the Trade Hook Machine, and the two AI guides. They're yours, and they don't expire. By month four you'll have done twelve weeks of Friday reviews, which is long enough that the rhythm is a habit rather than something you're being chased for. If you want to carry on with me after that, there'll be a way to, but nothing in this offer depends on you buying anything else.
The honest objections
"I'd look a right idiot on camera."
This is the real one, and it's not vanity: it's that looking like a mug in front of the lads is worse than staying small. So here's the honest answer: you are not the content. The work is the content. The footage that gets you booked is your hands, your tools and the before and after. No talking to camera, no trends, no dancing. Day Two is about turning footage of your own jobs into videos, not performing. And the first two posts go up while I'm stood next to you, so the worst bit is over before you leave the room.
"£697 is a lot of money when work's quiet."
It is. That's exactly why the guarantee exists: make your money back within three months or I keep working with you until you do. Do the three things and the worst case is that you get more of my time for free. And it isn't a cost you carry alone. Klarna will spread it at checkout. It's also £697 today and £1,990 next year for the same two days, so waiting until work picks up is the expensive option. Compare it honestly to where your money has gone before: ads stop the day you stop paying, and lead sites charge you to compete on price against four other lads. This is a skill you own afterwards, and it doesn't cost you a penny to use again.
"Two days off the tools costs me six hundred quid in lost work."
True, and it's the most honest objection on this list. Two days is a real cost. But you've had nine years of days on the tools, and the diary still empties in three weeks. Two days is what it takes to fix the reason it empties. You'll walk out with 30+ posts planned and two already live, so you're not losing two days, you're swapping them for the thing that stops next January being quiet.
"Social media's alright for your line of work. Mine's not that interesting."
Nobody thinks a drain, a loft or a consumer unit is interesting. That isn't what makes people watch. What makes people watch is the before and after, the bit done properly, and the hook in the first second. My whole business was built on fixing scratches on cars, which nobody would call glamorous either. If a customer would look at the finished job and say "that's a proper job", there's content in it, and Day One builds it from your own diary, in your trade, with you in the room.
"I've tried it. It didn't work for me."
You posted keenly for about three weeks, got almost nothing, and stopped. That's not a you problem, that's exactly where it's supposed to feel pointless, and nobody warned you. You were told to post. You were never given a plan, a hook or a rhythm. That's the difference: a 30+ post blueprint, a weekly rhythm, and somebody going through two of your reels every Friday telling you what to change.
